EPHESIANS SERIES

Part 1: In Christ

Ephesians 1:1 - 2:22

Nathan Fisher - October 11, 2026

Daniel: A Kingdom That Cannot Be Shaken

In Daniel 2, Nathan Fisher explores the contrast between the fragile kingdoms of this world and the everlasting kingdom of God. Through Nebuchadnezzar’s dream, we are reminded that earthly power, wisdom and achievement are temporary, but God remains sovereign over history. The stone that destroys the statue points us to Jesus Christ, through whom God’s eternal kingdom has been established. Although we may not know what tomorrow holds, we can trust the God who holds our future. Our response is to look up, trust His sovereignty and worship Him with gratitude and awe.

From Series: "Daniel"

Daniel teaches us how to remain faithful to God in a world that does not recognise His rule, trusting that God is sovereign over history, present in our struggles, and moving all things toward the triumph of His kingdom.
